Q. Will I have to pay customs charges?

It is very unlikely that you will get customs charges, since the packages we send will be small and lightweight. Usually, large and heavy packages containing high value merchandise  are the ones that are most likely to get customs charge. For example in Canada, if the value of the imported goods is under 100$, you do not pay customs charges.

However, there is always a small risk of it happening. At Geek Safari we want to be as transparent as possible and let you know that although it is very unlikely, customs charges CAN happen once in a while.

Q. Do you ship to my country?

We ship worldwide, though shipping times can vary from one country to another. For the United States and Canada, we ensure consistent and relatively quick shipping of between 12-30 days.

For Europe, shipping can take between 15 and 45 days

For the rest of the world, shipping can take between 20 and 45 days

No matter the country you are from, if you do not receive your item within 45 days, you are elligble for a full refund, no questions asked

 

Q. How much is shipping?

Shipping is FREE worldwide.

 

Q. My order is taking an extremely long time to arrive. What can I do?

Even though it's very rare, sometimes packages can get lost, or get stuck in transit for all sorts of reasons. We cannot be held responsible for that. HOWEVER, if you did not receive your item within 45 days of purchase, we will offer you a FULL refund, no questions asked. 

 

Q. Why did my order arrive in separate boxes

If you order multiple products, it may happen that your order arrives in separate packages instead of one. The shipping time may also vary from one package to another. We do our best to avoid this, but some of our items are being shipped from our international warehouse, so it is not always possible to group all the ordered items in one package.
