Q. The product I want is not available, can you get it in stock?
If you contact us about this, then we will try our best to stock your desired item. Our only wish is that you give us some time to find and acquire the stock if it is available. Our goal is to please you guys! 


Payment Questions

Q. What payment methods are available?
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal payments.

Q. What currency do you use?
All prices are in US dollars. You can choose your currency by clicking on the american flag Icon on the top right of the screen

Q. How do you handle and protect my credit card information?
All credit card transactions are handled by a reliable third-party credit card payment agency. Our site has also been scanned by McAfee Secure, to ensure you are shopping in safe hands.

Your credit card information is never sent to Geek Safari, and hence there is no possibility that it can be stolen from our site or servers.


Shipping Questions

Q. Will I have to pay customs charges?
It is very unlikely that you will get customs charges, since the packages we send will be small and lightweight. Usually, large and heavy packages containing high value merchandise  are the ones that are most likely to get customs charge. For example in Canada, if the value of the imported goods is under 100$, you do not pay customs charges.

However, there is always a small risk of it happening. At Geek Safari we want to be as transparent as possible and let you know that although it is very unlikely, customs charges CAN happen once in a while.

Q. Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide, though shipping times can vary from one country to another. For the United States and Canada, we ensure consistent and relatively quick shipping of between 12-30 days.

For Europe, shipping can take between 15 and 45 days

For the rest of the world, shipping can take between 20 and 45 days

No matter the country you are from, if you do not receive your item within 45 days, you are elligble for a full refund, no questions asked


Q. How much is shipping?
Shipping is FREE worldwide.


Q. My order is taking an extremely long time to arrive. What can I do?
Even though it's very rare, sometimes packages can get lost, or get stuck in transit for all sorts of reasons. We cannot be held responsible for that. HOWEVER, if you did not receive your item within 45 days of purchase, we will offer you a FULL refund, no questions asked. 


Q. Why did my order arrive in separate boxes?
If you order multiple products, it may happen that your order arrives in separate packages instead of one. The shipping time may also vary from one package to another. We do our best to avoid this, but some of our items are being shipped from our international warehouse, so it is not always possible to group all the ordered items in one package.


Return Policies

 Returns accepted under the following conditions:

A. You received a faulty or damaged item

  • While your goods will be inspected and handled with care before shipping, some minor manufacturing defect does happens on some rare occasions.

  • If this happens to you, please CONTACT US via email at contact@geeksafari.com and provide us with a picture of the damaged part.

  • Buyers will receive a full refund if the complete item is sent back to the Geek Safari team.

B. You received the wrong item

  • As unlikely as it can be, if this were to happen, please send the item back to us in it's original condition and we will send you the correct item immediately.

  • Return postage will be covered by us at our discretion.


C. If packaging is damaged

  • If the packaging arrived damaged, with crushed corners or bent lid but the actual product is undamaged, we ask of you to please be understanding. We cannot control every part of the shipping process. Our carriers have specific instructions to handle ALL items with care, however sometimes minor damages to the packaging can happen, even though it's rare. If you are really unhappy with your order however please contact us and we'll work things out.
